Cancellation Policy
A 24-hour advance notice is required when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to provide 24 hours' advance notice, you may be charged 50% of the service fee. In the event that this amount is not paid at the time of cancellation, it must be paid before your next scheduled appointment.
