Gratuity Policy

At Handcraft Therapeutic Massage, the price you see is the price you pay. I do not accept gratuities. If you’d like to show your appreciation, the greatest compliment you can give is a referral to a friend or a positive online review.

Cancelation Policy

I understand life happens; our policies reflect fairness and consideration. Because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for your healing, late cancellations have a profound impact on our practice. We offer a one-time 'grace' cancellation for true emergencies; thereafter, a fee may be applied for missed sessions. We appreciate your partnership in keeping our schedule harmonious.

Late Arrival

At Handcraft, I value every moment of your session. To ensure I provide the intentional, unhurried care you deserve, please arrive on time. If you arrive late, your session will unfortunately need to be shortened to stay on schedule for our next guest. The full service fee will still apply, as your time is reserved exclusively for your healing. I appreciate your understanding in helping me maintain a peaceful rhythm for everyone.

Sick Policy

I believe in listening to the body’s wisdom. If you are feeling under the weather, I kindly ask that you stay home and rest. Massaging a body that is fighting an illness can often overtax your system and delay your recovery. To protect the health of our practitioner and our community of clients, please reschedule if you have a fever, a new cough, or any contagious symptoms. I will work with you to find a new time to support your wellness once you are feeling vibrant again.

No-Show Policy

I understand life happens; however, our policies reflect fairness and consideration for my time and other clients on the waiting list. Clients who miss their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. If you have an emergency, please reach out as soon as possible. Thank you for your partnership in keeping our schedule harmonious.
